We have a contract!!!

Well...after writing 14 offers on 7 different homes we've finally found a house for us! We are under contract!!! This home is in Castle Oaks in Castle Rock, Colorado. It has four bedrooms upstairs and a study on the main floor. It has a full, unfinished, walkout basement. My favorite feature is the vaulted family room with a bay window although I LOVE the kitchen too(complete with a butler pantry and desk). It also backs up to open space. There is an elementary school set to be built in the neighborhood and it will open fall of 2010. Oh, and best of all it's address is 3358 (my favorite number is 5 and Jason's is 8) Falling Star Place. We are hoping to close in less than a month. I'll keep you updated with the progress.
