Chase Baby...

I big thanks to the Egan family for letting us have some hand me downs for Chase. Not that he doesn't get enough from Colby but as soon as Colby outgrows something Chase can wear it so I feel like I'm looking at the same clothes all the time! Angie gave us some really cute stuff, I especially love Chasey in this little blue onsie. His eyes look so pretty.

Colby's Big Bump

Colby fell in the bathtub and this was the result. It looked so awful that I called the pediatrician (eventhough I knew what he would tell me!). To make matters worse, we've been dilating Colby's eye to strengthen his bad eye so his pupils were not equal (a sign of a head injury). I was afraid to take him in public, that someone would report me for child abuse! It is now two weeks later and the bump is still there! Poor little guy.

Santa Came!!!

Yes, that is a squirt bottle in Colby's stocking. It was what he specifically asked for from Santa. I got him tons of stuff in the weeks leading up to Christmas, none of which was a squirt bottle. I had to race out on Christmas Eve and get one for him. He was thrilled!

Christmas Eve at Nonnie and Poppa's

Jason had to work Christmas Eve so I wasn't able to take nearly as many pictures as I would have liked too, my hands were a little full! It was so much fun to see the Turco side of the family. We aren't able to see them as much as I would like. Jason is going to take Christmas Eve off next year so we can enjoy it as a full family! Thank you Nonnie and Poppa for a wonderful evening! We love you!

The Wonder of Christmas...

I am WAY behind on posting pictures but wanted to post a few cute things that Colby has said as we get ready to celebrate Christmas this week. This season has been especially fun because he totally understands the concept of Christmas. He knows it's Jesus' birthday and that Santa is coming to town. Today we were hanging out at home and Colby heard a knock at the door, he instantly became excited and raced to the door saying, "Santa's HERE!!" Tonight when I put him to sleep I heard him singing, "Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle way, horse open, dashing..." Than he started singing, "Santa is coming to town..." Finally he went into a version of "Rum Pum" (Colby's version of the Little Drummer Boy) that ended with "Baby Jesus, Rum pum, pum, up down, ground, mood for food" (a little Winnie the Pooh song we sing) I feel we have a little musician on our hands!
Thank God that we live in a country that we can celebrate Christmas. Thank God for providing for our family and giving us so many things to be thankful for this holiday season. I found an ornament for this year that completely sums things up. It just says, "Blessed." God is so good. We hope you all find hope in this holiday season. We feel tremendously blessed to have such wonderful family and friends. Merry Christmas!

We love Quentin and Jenny!

We love spending time with Quentin and Jenny, they are so flexible and don't mind hanging out with two rowdy little boys (they don't have kiddos yet). They also love spoiling our boys, and they're very good at it!

Christmas fun...

Did you ever wonder where the market was for those Hallmark singing and moving Christmas stuffed animals, here it is... Chasey Weber!

Cousins...

As you can imagine, capturing a picture in which all 4 kids (ages 1-3) were smiling was nearly impossible. elow I have posted pictures in which at least 1 out of 4 of the kids are smiling (and one where Colby is lovingly petting Sarah's hair). It was quite the adventure!
Sarah and Chasey, I just love Chasey's expression in this picture!

Here is Chase with his new creation...

Christmas Package from Grandpa...

Thank you so much for everything Kenny! We hope your new year is off to a great start!

Weekend at the hotel with the Spinder Family...

Instead of doing Christmas with everyone at Bob's house she puts us all up at a really nice hotel. It is a BLAST. The following are some pictures from that weekend. I want to post captions above each picture but for some reason I can't see the pics while I'm editing. All are pics of people I love having a great time. There is one where Chasey is eating a lemon, we were trying to get him to sit still for a little longer before we all ate and we gave him a lemon to try, he loved it! He would make the sour face everytime he took a bite and yet go back to eat some more of it, crazy kid! And for the elevator pics...we got stuck in an elevator and my husband, aka: Superman, pried the doors apart with his bare hands so we could all get out. What a hero! And for the record, Sandi was holding Jason's beer - she is too young to be drinking!! Enjoy the pics, I'll work on this technical problem some more!
